BDA Department is integrating collection of fees for a set of BDA services with KarnatakaOne. It is Web Service Integration Model. Citizen will submit required supporting documents either through BDA Portal or BDA Department. On successful documents update, GSC Number will be provided either through BDA Portal or Department. On verification of documentation, BDA will decide amount to be paid with 7 working days. If Documentation is not proper, respective, GSC Number will be rejected. Citizen has to raise another request to process the same.

BDA will provide status of respective request (GSC Number) SMS to Registered Mobile Number of Citizen, comprising GSC Number along with Amount to be paid, else GSC Number is rejected with reasons.

Citizen can pay BDA Service Fees through KarnatakaOne Centers. KarnatakaOne Portal Integration will be available shortly.

B1Center:

• Citizen has to furnish the BDA GSC Number to retrieve Property Details from the Department along with Amount.
• B1 Operator collects demanded amount for the BDA GSC Number and commit the transaction.
• On successful transaction, GSC Number will be provided in the B1 Receipt.
