The Department of Labour is endowed with the responsibility to get all the shops and commercial establishments, which come under the jurisdiction of the Government of Karnataka, registered under Labour laws. The Department of Labour also looks after the renewal, amendments and surrender of these registrations.

Services available with KarnatakaOne Centres

Registration of Shops and Commercial Establishment.

  • Customer can come to KarnatakaOne Centers for New Registration for Shops and Commercial Establishment Certificate. Customer has to furnish duly filled Form C as per DOL Guidelines. Information will be verified before conducting transaction.
  • Customer has to furnish Employer's information and MOEF Names in the New Registration Form.
  • Customer can pay the fees through Cash, DD or Credit Card. DD should be in favour of KarnatakaOne and is from RBI recognized Banks.
  • On successful transaction, Application generates a B1 Receipt which is issued to the customer. This receipt acts as an acknowledgement of Registration at department level.
  • This registration is valid up to 5 years.

Renewal of Registration of Shops and Commercial Establishment

  • The customer can renew the Registration for Shops and Commercial Establishment Certificate at KarnatakaOne Centers. Customer has to furnish duly filled Form AA along with the Form C.
  • B1 Operator verifies whether the information entered in the Form AA with Form C as per guidelines provided by the department. Customer has to fill the correct information in case if any mistake happened with respect to Form C information.
  • Customer can pay the fees through Cash, DD or Credit Card. DD should be in favour of KarnatakaOne and is from RBI recognized Banks.
  • On Successful Transaction, Application generates a receipt which is given to the customer. This receipt acts as an acknowledgement of renewal of registration at department level
